Ultra Kleans Carpet Cleaning Process
Our Steam cleaning process effectively cleans, rinses, and extracts everything from your carpet. All soils, allergens, pet residues, and cleaning agents are removed. We do all this with our truck mounted steam extraction carpet cleaning system. We use green cleaning and anti allergen emulsifiers that pose no threat to you, and all two, and four legged family members. These cleaning agents are odorless and carry zero health hazards.
Step 1: Pre Inspection
We will start the cleaning process by doing a walk through with you to inspect the carpet. We will identify permanent damage such as bleached out areas etc. We will then give you an evaluation of expected results.
Step 2: Pre Treatment
The entire carpet will be pre treated to loosen all spots and heavy soiling.
Step 3: Furniture Moving
Under our normal price structure most furniture will be moved. Sofas, end tables, etc.
This excludes beds and dressers unless they are unloaded.
Step 4: Soil Extraction and Rinse
The carpet is then extracted and rinsed with our powerful truck mounted system.
All extracted water is returned out to the waste tank of our truck.
Step 5: Apply Scotchgard Protector
It is recommended that you have us replenish the worn off fabric protection. This will keep carpets clean longer and lesson the chance of permanent staining.
Step 6: Post Cleaning Inspection
Upon completion of the cleaning process we will walk through your home with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with the final results.
The Result
The result is a thoroughly cleaned, rinsed, and sanitized carpet fiber that dries soft and stays clean longer. The dry time usually averages from 4 to 6 hours. To keep carpets clean 3x longer, I recommend having us replenish the worn off scotchgard.
